• Lead and oversee the anesthesiology department, providing guidance and support to team members

• Conduct pre‑anesthetic evaluations and tailor anesthetic plans to individual patient needs
• Monitor patients' responses to anesthesia and adjust protocols as necessary

• Medical degree with specialization in Anesthesiology
• Board certification in Anesthesiology from a recognized institution
• A valid medical license to practice in the UAE
• Significant experience in anesthesiology, with a minimum of X years in a leadership role
• Expertise in advanced anesthetic techniques and patient care protocols
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
