As a Specialist Gastroenterologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with various gastrointestinal conditions. Your role will encompass clinical assessments, interventions, and collaboration with a dedicated healthcare team to improve patient outcomes.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients with gastrointestinal issues.
• Order, interpret, and act upon diagnostic tests such as endoscopies and imaging studies.
• Diagnose conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease, liver disease, and other GI disorders.
• Design personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
• Perform necessary endoscopic procedures with an emphasis on patient safety and comfort.
• Provide education to patients and their families about conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals across disciplines to ensure cohesive care delivery.
• Engage in community health initiatives and contribute to the education of peers and staff.
