We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Consultant
- Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our dedicated team in delivering specialized, patient-centered care to children and adolescents with endocrine disorders. This role is critical in diagnosing and managing complex conditions such as diabetes, growth disorders, puberty abnormalities, and metabolic diseases in pediatric populations. The Consultant will play a pivotal role in advancing clinical excellence, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to research and quality improvement initiatives within a dynamic, multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
With 5+ years of experience in pediatric endocrinology, the ideal candidate will bring deep clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a commitment to improving long-term health outcomes for young patients and their families.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients with endocrine disorders
- Manage complex cases including Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, thyroid diseases, and growth hormone deficiencies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatricians, dietitians, psychologists, and nurses to ensure holistic patient care
- Provide expert consultation to primary care providers and other specialists regarding pediatric endocrine conditions
- Lead and participate in clinical research, quality improvement projects, and evidence‑based practice initiatives
- Mentor and supervise residents, fellows, and medical students in pediatric endocrinology
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical guidelines, emerging therapies, and regulatory standards in pediatric endocrinology
- Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to institutional educational programs
- MD or DO degree with board certification in Pediatrics and Pediatric Endocrinology
- Minimum of 5+ years of post‑residency clinical experience in pediatric endocrinology
- Proven track record in managing complex pediatric endocrine disorders in a clinical setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, adolescents, and families
- Experience in clinical research, teaching, or academic medicine is highly desirable
- Eligibility for medical licensure and active participation in continuing medical education
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and clinical documentation standards
