We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Radiologist with expertise in Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Ultrasound (USG), and Teleradiology to join our imaging department. The successful candidate will interpret a wide range of diagnostic imaging studies, provide timely and accurate reports, collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams, and contribute to high-quality patient care while adhering to international standards and UAE healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and report diagnostic imaging studies, including CT, MRI, Ultrasound (USG), X-ray, and other radiological examinations.
- Perform and supervise ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, pelvic, thyroid, breast, vascular, musculoskeletal, obstetric, and small-parts ultrasound where credentialed.
- Review and interpret emergency imaging studies with rapid turnaround times.
- Provide accurate, timely, and clinically relevant radiology reports through onsite reporting and teleradiology platforms.
- Communicate urgent or critical findings promptly to referring physicians and document appropriate follow-up.
- Collaborate with clinicians, surgeons, emergency physicians, and other specialists to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Ensure optimal image quality and radiation safety by working closely with radiographers and imaging technologists.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings, tumor boards, and case discussions when required.
- Maintain compliance with radiation protection standards, infection prevention protocols, and hospital quality assurance programs.
- Utilize Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) efficiently.
- Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, research, and Continuing Medical Education (CME).
- Mentor junior radiologists, residents, and imaging staff where applicable.
- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent).
- MD, DNB, Board Certification, FRCR, Arab Board, CCT, or equivalent qualification in Diagnostic Radiology.
- Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization experience (Specialist) or as required for Consultant credentialing.
- Fellowship or advanced experience in Cross-sectional Imaging, Body Imaging, Neuroradiology, Musculoskeletal Imaging, or other subspecialties is an advantage.

- Strong communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
