Cardiac Critical Care Specialist needed to lead care for critically ill cardiac patients in the CICU, with ECMO support, invasive monitoring and advanced ventilatory management. You will supervise care plans and coordinate with surgeons and specialists.
You will work with cardiology, cardiothoracic surgeons, anesthesiologists and multidisciplinary ICU teams to deliver evidence-based care, participate in resuscitation, documentation and quality initiatives, and stay current with ECMO advances.
