A leading Premium Private Hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Specialist or Consultant Urologist to join its expanding Department of Urology. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern multidisciplinary hospital offering advanced diagnostic imaging, endourology services, minimally invasive surgical technology and comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care. The successful candidate will provide specialist and consultant-level management of a broad range of adult urological conditions while working closely with Nephrology, Oncology, Internal Medicine, Radiology, Emergency Medicine, General Surgery, Gynaecology, Intensive Care and Rehabilitation teams to deliver high-quality patient-centred care.

• Assess, diagnose, and manage a comprehensive range of urological disorders.
• Provide outpatient consultations, inpatient management and emergency urological services.
• Diagnose and treat Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH), Kidney stones, Ureteric stones, Urinary tract infections, Haematuria, Male infertility, Erectile dysfunction, Urinary incontinence, Bladder disorders, Prostate diseases, Urological cancers.
• Perform diagnostic procedures including Flexible cystoscopy, Urodynamic assessment, TRUS procedures (where appropriate).
• Perform surgical procedures within credentialed scope including TURP, Ureteroscopy, Laser stone surgery, PCNL (where experienced).
• Minor reconstructive procedures, Laparoscopic urological surgery (where appropriately trained).
• Participate in multidisciplinary oncology and complex surgical meetings.
• Provide perioperative assessment and postoperative follow-up.
• Educate patients regarding treatment options and long-term disease management.
• Participate in departmental quality improvement, clinical governance and continuing medical education activities.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with DOH regulations and international standards.

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent).
• Recognised Specialist or Consultant Qualification in Urology.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant post-specialist experience.
• Broad experience in both medical and surgical urology.
• Valid DOH Licence or DOH Eligibility Letter.
• Excellent communication and patient-centred care skills.
• Fluent English essential.
• Preference will be given to candidates with existing DOH Licence or Eligibility, fellow training in Endourology, Uro-Oncology, Reconstructive Urology, Female Urology, or Andrology, strong experience in minimally invasive and laser urological procedures, previous UAE or GCC private hospital experience.
• Indian candidates are preferred.
• Other nationalities holding a valid UAE Golden Visa are encouraged to apply.
