THE ROLE
A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its high-acuity ICU, organ support and multidisciplinary critical care services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Critical Care Physician to join its growing clinical team. The role is designed for internationally trained clinicians seeking career advancement, strong clinical exposure, and the ability to practice within a modern, quality-driven healthcare environment serving a diverse international patient population.

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead management of critically ill medical, surgical, trauma and postoperative patients in ICU.
- Provide advanced organ support including ventilation, haemodynamic management, renal support coordination and sepsis care.
- Perform critical care procedures such as airway management, central venous access and invasive monitoring according to privileges.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary rounds with consultants, nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacy and allied health teams.
- Guide family communication, goals-of-care discussions and ethical decision-making.
- Support ICU protocols, infection prevention, audit, simulation training and quality improvement.

- American Board certification in Critical Care Medicine
- UK CCT / FFICM / MRCP or FRCA pathway
- European Diploma in Intensive Care Medicine

- DM / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognised specialist qualification
