Anesthesiology Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthetic evaluations and perioperative risk assessments Develop individualized anesthesia plans based on patient condition and surgical requirements Administer general regional and monitored anesthesia care using evidence-based clinical practices Continuously monitor patients during procedures and manage physiological stability Provide postoperative pain management and recovery care Support airway management and emergency resuscitation when required Collaborate with surgeons intensivists nursing teams and allied healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes Participate in intensive care and trauma management when clinically indicated Maintain accurate electronic medical records and anesthesia documentation Participate in clinical governance quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs Ensure compliance with national healthcare regulations ethical standards and hospital policies
