A flagship, JCI-accredited private hospital group in Abu Dhabi is aggressively expanding its surgical leadership team and requires a Western-trained Senior Consultant Specialist Surgeon. You will be tasked with driving surgical excellence, leading a highly competent interdisciplinary theater team, and establishing specialized clinical pathways.

FRACS, FRCS, or equivalent Tier-1 European/Western surgical fellowship with a minimum of 5 years of post-board certification experience as a primary operator.
Proven track record in minimal access, laparoscopic, or robotic-assisted surgical techniques.
Strong leadership credentials with the capability to mentor junior medical staff and drive international clinical accreditation standards.
