The Specialist Dermatologist will provide care for patients seeking treatment for skin diseases, cosmetic concerns, and preventive dermatology needs. The role requires strong diagnostic ability, safe procedural practice, and clear communication to help patients understand their skin conditions, treatment options, expected results, and follow-up care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct detailed skin assessments and diagnose dermatological conditions affecting the skin, hair, and nails.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient concerns, diagnosis, skin type, medical history, and treatment goals.
- Perform medical and cosmetic dermatology procedures, including laser therapy, chemical peels, Botox, fillers, and skin biopsies.
- Provide professional guidance on skincare routines, preventive care, post-treatment recovery, and long-term skin health.
- Manage follow-up consultations to review progress, adjust treatment plans, and support patient satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate patient records, clinical notes, procedure details, consent documentation, and treatment plans.
- Ensure all services comply with clinic protocols, safety standards, infection control requirements, and healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with nurses, aestheticians, support staff, and other healthcare professionals to deliver smooth patient care.
- Stay updated with new developments in dermatology, aesthetic medicine, injectables, laser technologies, and treatment techniques.
- Medical degree with specialization in Dermatology.
- Proven experience in both clinical dermatology and cosmetic dermatology.
- Strong ability to diagnose and treat common and complex skin conditions.
- Skilled in aesthetic consultations, treatment planning, and patient education.
- Experience with laser technologies, injectables, chemical peels, and minor skin procedures is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, reassuring, and patient-focused approach.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced clinic environment while maintaining clinical accuracy and patient safety.
