Emergency Medicine Physician, Medical Doctor, Healthcare Consultant
Provide medical treatment and healthcare to crew members, passengers, and personnel onboard.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate trauma and cardiac care.
Coordinate medical evacuation and topside/shore medical support when required.
Maintain medical records, medical equipment, medicines, first-aid kits, and clinic facilities.
Monitor and maintain health, hygiene, food safety, and drinking water standards onboard.
Conduct medical, hygiene, alcohol and drug testing, and related inspections as required.
Conduct first aid and emergency medical training for crew members.
Report medical cases, deficiencies, and relevant medical activities to the Captain and QHSSE Department
.Support vessel QHSSE activities, including inspections, records, checklists, and health-related procedures.
Qualified Doctor as required by the relevant country of origin.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Doctor.
Experience in pre-hospital care, Trauma and Cardiac Management.
Shipboard, offshore, or marine medical experience is preferred but not essential.
Full compliance with STCW 95 Medical requirements, including required medical training.
Valid International Trauma Life Support (ITLS) certification from a reputable provider.
Valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from a reputable provider.
Valid Occupational Health Certificate.
Major Incident Medical Management and Support (MIMMS) certification or equivalent.
Physically fit as per applicable STCW 95 Medical requirements.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
