A premium private hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Consultant Staff Physician Psychiatrist to provide specialist mental healthcare to patients across a broad range of psychiatric presentations The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary mental health environment and provide assessment diagnosis treatment planning and long-term psychiatric management
Clinical Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric consultations
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of psychiatric disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide appropriate medication management
- Monitor treatment response and clinical progress
- Conduct psychiatric risk assessments where required
- Coordinate treatment with psychologists therapists and other specialists
- Provide patient and family education
- Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews
- Maintain confidential and accurate clinical documentation
- Provide appropriate follow-up and continuity of care
- Participate in clinical quality and patient-safety activities
- Recognized medical degree.
- Recognized specialist qualification in Psychiatry.
- Consultant/staff physician-level experience.
- Relevant clinical experience in adult psychiatric care.
- Eligibility for UAE/Abu Dhabi medical licensing.
- Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
