Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a highly experienced Consultant Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon with specialized expertise in pediatric heart transplantation for a leading tertiary pediatric cardiac center in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will provide advanced surgical management for infants, children, and adolescents with complex congenital heart disease and other conditions requiring specialized cardiac surgical intervention. The position involves performing complex congenital heart defect repairs, high-risk neonatal cardiac procedures, repeat cardiac surgeries, and pediatric heart transplantation.

The consultant will also contribute to heart transplant programs, including donor evaluation, recipient selection, surgical transplantation, and postoperative patient management. Working within a highly specialized multidisciplinary cardiac team, the surgeon will collaborate with pediatric cardiologists, cardiac intensivists, anesthesiologists, perfusionists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe, evidence-based surgical care.
