Specialist IVF Physician - Fertility and Reproductive Medicine

Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking an experienced and compassionate Specialist IVF Physician for a fertility and reproductive medicine opportunity in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will diagnose and manage infertility and reproductive health conditions, develop individualized fertility treatment plans, and perform assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures, including in vitro fertilization (IVF) and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). Working alongside embryologists, fertility nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, the specialist will provide comprehensive fertility assessments, coordinate treatment cycles, and support patients and couples throughout their reproductive healthcare journey.

The position requires specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynecology with additional fellowship or subspecialty training in Reproductive Medicine or IVF, along with mandatory Department of Health Abu Dhabi licensing or eligibility.

• Conduct specialist fertility consultations, reproductive health assessments, and infertility evaluations for individual patients and couples.
• Diagnose infertility conditions and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and reproductive health needs.
• Perform and manage IVF and ICSI treatment cycles in accordance with established clinical protocols.
• Oversee ovulation induction, follicular monitoring, egg retrieval procedures, embryo transfers, and related assisted reproductive treatments.
• Interpret fertility investigations, including ultrasound examinations, hormonal profiles, semen analysis, and genetic screening results.
• Evaluate patient responses to fertility treatment and adjust clinical management plans when appropriate.
• Collaborate with embryologists, fertility nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment and patient care.
• Provide clear explanations of fertility diagnoses, available treatment options, procedural requirements, and expected treatment pathways.
• Offer compassionate counseling and emotional support to patients and couples throughout fertility investigations and treatment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in accordance with Department of Health Abu Dhabi regulations and clinical governance standards.
• Monitor fertility treatment outcomes and contribute to clinical quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain current knowledge of developments in reproductive medicine, assisted reproductive technologies, and fertility treatment practices.
• Deliver patient-centered fertility care consistent with applicable UAE healthcare requirements and international clinical standards.

• Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from a recognized medical institution.
• Completed specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Fellowship or subspecialty training in Reproductive Medicine or IVF.
• Valid Department of Health Abu Dhabi (DOH) License or eligibility is mandatory.
• Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience in IVF and fertility treatments within a reputable healthcare facility.
