A premium private hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Staff Physician in Cardiac Surgery to contribute to the surgical assessment and management of patients with cardiovascular conditions requiring operative treatment The physician will collaborate with cardiac surgeons cardiologists anesthesiologists intensive-care specialists and other healthcare professionals to support safe perioperative care and effective treatment outcomes
Clinical Responsibilities- Assess patients with cardiovascular conditions that may require surgical intervention
- Review relevant clinical histories imaging diagnostic investigations and surgical assessments
- Contribute to surgical planning and multidisciplinary treatment discussions
- Participate in cardiac surgical procedures and perioperative care within the physician s training and approved clinical privileges
- Monitor patients clinical progress and coordinate postoperative management
- Recognize complications and elevate urgent concerns promptly
- Collaborate with cardiology cardiac anesthesia intensive care and other relevant specialties
- Communicate treatment plans and postoperative care requirements to patients and families as appropriate
- Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to surgical safety and infection-control protocols
- Participate in clinical audits outcome reviews and quality-improvement activities

Recognized specialist qualification in Cardiac Surgery or an accepted equivalent relevant to the role. Experience appropriate to the Staff Physician position and applicable UAE licensing requirements. Eligibility for, or an active licence from, the relevant UAE health authority, as required. Demonstrated competence in cardiac surgical assessment and perioperative care. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills. Commitment to patient safety, evidence-based practice, and continuous professional development.
