About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and student‑focused Career Counselor to join our team for the 2026/27 academic year. The ideal candidate will guide students in identifying their strengths, interests, and career pathways while supporting them in planning their future academic and professional journeys.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group counseling to students regarding career choices, university pathways, and vocational options.
- Organize career events, university fairs, workshops, and guest speaker sessions.
- Assist students with university applications, personal statements, and scholarship opportunities.
- Conduct assessments to help students explore career interests and strengths.
- Maintain updated knowledge of local and international universities, admission requirements, and labor market trends.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to support students’ career development.
- Maintain confidential student records and provide progress reports as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, School & Educational Counseling, Addiction & Substance Abuse Counselling, Career Counselling, or Psychological Counselling. Master’s preferred.
- Relevant experience in career counseling, academic advising, or student guidance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of global university systems and career pathways.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and support students.
