We are seeking a motivated and student‑focused Career Counselor to join our team for the 2026/27 academic year. The ideal candidate will guide students in identifying their strengths, interests, and career pathways while supporting them in planning their future academic and professional journeys.

• Provide individual and group counseling to students regarding career choices, university pathways, and vocational options.
• Organize career events, university fairs, workshops, and guest speaker sessions.
• Assist students with university applications, personal statements, and scholarship opportunities.
• Conduct assessments to help students explore career interests and strengths.
• Maintain updated knowledge of local and international universities, admission requirements, and labor market trends.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to support students’ career development.
• Maintain confidential student records and provide progress reports as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, School & Educational Counseling, Addiction & Substance Abuse Counselling, Career Counselling, or Psychological Counselling. Master’s preferred.
• Relevant experience in career counseling, academic advising, or student guidance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of global university systems and career pathways.
