Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced CME BLS and Healthcare Training Educator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs, including CME and BLS courses, to healthcare professionals in Abu Dhabi. The educator will ensure that all training programs meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver CME and BLS training programs in accordance with national and international standards.
• Create engaging and interactive training materials and resources.
• Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals, ensuring that all participants achieve the desired learning outcomes.
• Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in healthcare training and incorporate them into the curriculum.
• Collaborate with healthcare institutions and organizations to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant performance.
• Provide feedback and support to participants to enhance their learning experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Education, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Valid BLS certification and instructor credentials.
• Certified CME educator with recognized accreditation.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare training and education.
• Strong knowledge of current BLS guidelines and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid healthcare license to practice in Abu Dhabi.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
• Previous experience working in the UAE healthcare system.
