Part-Time Librarian in Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Librarian to join our team in Abu Dhabi on a part-time basis. As a Librarian, you will play a vital role in providing access to information and promoting literacy in our community. You will be responsible for managing and organizing the library's collection, assisting patrons with research and reference inquiries, and developing programming and events to engage library users.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a library setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Responsibilities:
- Manage the library's collection, including cataloging, shelving, and weeding materials
- Provide reference services to patrons, including assistance with research inquiries and navigating electronic resources
- Develop engaging programming and events for all ages that promote literacy, learning, creativity, and community involvement
- Maintain the library's physical space, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming for patrons
- Assist with circulation services such as checking out materials, registering new patrons, and collecting fines/fees
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in library services to enhance the overall user experience
Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1600 per month.
