Job Summary

The Project Coordinator is responsible for organizing, supporting, and monitoring the daily operations of programs and events. This role ensures smooth delivery, accurate documentation, efficient logistics, and effective communication with participants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare a monthly full program schedule, including all required documentation and materials.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date program records, including attendance, participant information, and evaluations.
  • Coordinate program admissions, registration, and enrollment for all programs and events.
  • Manage program procurement, including ordering supplies, equipment, and materials as required.
  • Oversee resource management by coordinating and maintaining program spaces, equipment, and technology.
  • Provide direct program support to participants, facilitators, and stakeholders as needed.
  • Be present at all sessions to ensure smooth operations and to ensure all participants complete project surveys.
  • Manage and visit sessions/workshops during weekdays and weekends to monitor operations and confirm survey completion.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned to support program operations and organizational needs.
  • Coordinate program reporting by compiling data and creating reports and presentations to support program evaluation and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate humility, strong communication abilities, and leadership qualities.
  • Exhibit high endurance, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing work situations.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and responsibility.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Humanities, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Cultural Studies, or a related field.
  • Background in literature is an advantage
  • 2–5 years of experience in program coordination, administrative support, education, events management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing scheduling, logistics, or participant coordination is preferred.
  • Prior involvement in community programs, workshops, cultural initiatives, or educational environments is a plus.
