We are looking to recruit qualified and experienced academics in the field of Education for the Master of Education in Educational Leadership program.

• Teaching (in your specialization) the courses offered by the Master of Education in Educational Leadership program, in one or more campuses (Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai).
• Conduct regular course updates and assist in the development of new programs and courses.
• Provide student consultation and mentoring.

• Completed Ph.D. in Education (from an accredited higher education institution), specializing in one or more of: educational leadership, educational technologies curriculum design, data analytics, research methodologies in education (both qualitative and quantitative, preferably knowledge of SPSS, Nvivo and AI apps used in research), quality assurance in education, school management, inclusive education, or closely related field.
• Knowledge of Blackboard Ultra, educational technology apps (knowledge of SPSS, Nvivo, data analytics applications, and/or use of AI apps in education an advantage).
• 3 years (after PhD graduation) of academic experience at an accredited higher education institution in the relevant field.
• Excellent command of English language (if not native speaker).
