Job Title: Industry Faculty (Part-Time)

Location: Abu Dhabi University
Teaching Load: Up to 2 courses per semester

Key Responsibilities- Teach up to two undergraduate or postgraduate courses per semester.
- Deliver applied, industry‑aligned instruction based on approved course learning outcomes.
- Infuse classroom teaching with real‑world examples, tools, and case studies from your industry experience.
- Support academic programs by integrating current industry practices and trends into teaching and curriculum.
- Collaborate with full‑time faculty on industry‑relevant research and applied innovation projects.
- Mentor students on professional development, career readiness, and workplace expectations.
- Actively participate in at least two college activities or committees each academic year.
- Have the ability to teach remotely for a limited period of time on selected courses only.
- A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline, along with current industry experience, is required to teach undergraduate courses.
- To teach postgraduate courses, a Doctorate degree is preferred; however, a Master’s degree combined with extensive industry experience at a leadership level in the relevant discipline may also be considered.
- Currently employed in a senior or technical role in industry, or retired from such a role within the last three years.
- Membership in a reputable professional or industry association is highly preferred.
- Strong subject matter expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for student development.
- Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring is desirable but not mandatory.
Remuneration is based on the number of credit hours delivered
