REGIONAL DIRECTOR – ADMISSIONS AND MARKET DEVELOPMENT - GCC
LCI Education is seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the development and expansion of its admissions markets across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states, with a focus on the United Arab Emirates and other Gulf markets. The role is based in Abu Dhabi.
MissionLead the strategic growth of LCI Education’s international admissions markets, establishing LCI as a premium international reference in competitive and internationally charged educational environments.
- Lead the development of admissions and markets to LCI Education's international campuses.
- Design and deploy segmented approach strategies for the different clienteles of the market, aligning with LCI Education's international positioning and academic value proposition.
- Structure and lead the entire international admission process.
- Represent LCI Education at presentations at international schools, educational fairs and corporate events.
- Collaborate closely with campus teams to ensure a smooth, consistent, and high-quality student experience.
- Structure, manage and optimize relationships with accredited regional partners to develop international student pipelines, ensuring quality of profiles, compliance with operational practices and sustainable alignment with the group's business strategy.
- Train and support partners on LCI Education's programs, campuses and academic value proposition.
- Establish mechanisms for qualitative monitoring of partnerships and analyze conversion dynamics.
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Director based in Riyadh on cross‑cutting GCC initiatives.
- Contribute to regional market intelligence (competition, pricing trends, family behaviour).
- Support the development of LCI Education in the secondary markets of the Gulf.
- Produce regular analyses on admissions pipelines, development channel performance and identification of growth opportunities in target markets.
- At least five years of experience in the education or higher education sector focused on international admissions, market development or partnership functions, preferably in the Middle East.
- Solid understanding of the educational, cultural and decision‑making dynamics specific to Gulf markets.
- Established network and strong credibility with education officials in the UAE and the GCC.
- Demonstrated ability to structure lasting relationships with families and partners.
- Experience with an international education or bridging program provider.
- Undergraduate degree.
- Excellent command of Arabic (oral and written).
- Professional command of English (oral and written).
