Key Responsibilities

1. Engagement Execution &Operations

• Execute student and school engagement plans
• Coordinateworkshops, online sessions, and school visits
• Managelogistics, schedules, and communications
• Support onboarding activities during pilot and scale-up phases

2. Relationship Support &Communication

• Serve assecondary point of contact for schools and partners
• Respond toqueries, requests, and issues in a timely manner
• Escalatecomplex issues to the Partnership Manager or PMO
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with stakeholders

3. Tracking, Reporting & Feedback

• Drop-off rates
• Collect feedback from students and schools
• Share insightswith Content, LMS, and PMO teams

4. Coordination & Support

• Supportmarketing campaigns and activations
• Coordinate with Admin & Reporting Executive for accurate data capture
• Maintainengagement calendars, trackers, and logs

Education

• Bachelor’sdegree in:
• Education
• Business
• Communications
• Social Sciences
• Public Relations
• Additional certifications in project coordination or education programs are a plus

Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in:
• Programcoordination
• Engagement or outreach roles
• Education oryouth programs
• Experience working with schools or student groups is strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills
• Attention todetail and follow-through
• Ability tomanage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working with students and educators
