The Special Educator is responsible for planning and delivering individualized educational programs for students with special needs within a rehabilitation setting, in line with UAE regulations and cultural values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Deliver specialized instruction based on individual learning needs
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with therapists, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support inclusion, independence, and life skills development
Qualifications:
- UAE National (Family Book required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field
- Knowledge of special needs and inclusive education practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant training or certification is an advantage
