The Assistant Headteacher supports the Headteacher in providing strategic leadership and operational management to ensure high standards of teaching, learning, student wellbeing, and school improvement. The role contributes to the effective day‑to‑day running of the school while driving excellence in line with the school’s vision, ADEK requirements, and international accreditation standards.
