Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Awal (KBZA) School is seeking a highly motivated and skilled BTEC Level 3 Teacher (Hospitality) to join our team in AY 26-2027. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a pilot public school in Abu Dhabi.

Key Requirements- Applicants must hold a minimum of Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification in the subject specialism.
- Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, PGDE, QTS, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years’ teaching experience within the UAE, with demonstrated understanding of local education systems and inspection frameworks.
- Knowledge of Pearson BTEC assessment methodology and quality assurance processes.
- Commitment to delivering culturally respectful and inclusive education.
- Industry experience relevant to the subject area.
- Experience working in an international or UAE-based education environment.
- Proficiency in English & Arabic language skills in relevant areas of teaching is preferred.
- Prior teaching experience in International Baccalaureate (IB) schools is highly desirable.
- Leadership skills, including people management, student management, and classroom management.
- Relationship management skills with colleagues, parents, and students.
- Communication skills and ability to adapt to all levels.
