Social Worker​/Lead School Counsellor

Nord Anglia International School Abu Dhabi is looking to welcome an outstanding and compassionate Social Worker / Lead School Counsellor to play a key role in our supportive, inclusive, and growing school environment.

To lead on the delivery of high‑quality counselling and social care services that support students, staff, and families, ensuring compliance with ADEK and DCD standards. The role includes leading the school’s wellbeing and mental health strategy, implementing the ADEK Wellbeing Framework, managing the counselling team, and driving proactive wellbeing and ADEK education initiatives across the school community.
