Job Requirements – Diploma Programme (DP) Coordinator- Support student recruitment through promotional materials, information sessions, and guidance for prospective families.
- Communicate IB regulations, internal deadlines, and curriculum updates to teachers; oversee delivery of TOK, CAS, and the Extended Essay.
- Guide students with subject choices, academic honesty, deadlines, wellbeing, and university applications.
- Support CAS and Extended Essay coordinators with programme design, supervision, record keeping, and deadline management.
- Work closely with parents to explain DP expectations, support needs, and programme requirements.
- Liaise with IB offices, external organizations, and universities as needed.
- Organize and manage mock and final examinations, including scheduling, invigilation, security, and submission of materials.
- Manage post-exam processes, including result distribution, counselling, and retake registrations.
- Support long-term DP development, maintain records, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with IB standards.
- Lead curriculum planning, policy development, teacher training, and accreditation processes.
- Promote effective communication across the school, including DP information sessions and updates.
- Model IB learner profile attributes and support inquiry-based, differentiated, and assessment-driven teaching.
- Ensure consistent implementation of DP standards through classroom visits, collaborative planning, and monitoring of assessment practices.
- Maintain evidence of programme implementation and ensure ongoing compliance with IB requirements.
