Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dedicated UAE National to join our team as an Inclusion Assistant
. The successful candidate will support the inclusive education program, assisting students with diverse learning needs and ensuring a supportive and safe learning environment.

Key Responsibilities- Provide in-class support to students with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring accessibility to learning.
- Assist students with academic tasks and clarify lesson content to enhance understanding.
- Deliver one-to-one support for students requiring additional attention and guidance.
- Support students in managing behavioural challenges and promote positive behaviour strategies.
- Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Prepare teaching and learning materials tailored to individual student needs.
- Assist in classroom setup and organization to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Maintain the safety, well-being, and engagement of all students at all times.
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to enhance student learning and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to student assessments as required.
- UAE National.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and commitment to student development.
- Experience in special needs or inclusion support is preferred but not essential.
