About the School

Our nursery in Abu Dhabi is dedicated to providing a warm, caring, and inspiring learning environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and grow. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Teacher who shares our commitment to providing high‑quality early childhood education.
Qualifications
:
- A relevant Early Childhood Education qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ, or equivalent)
- A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
- Montessori or Reggio Emilia training is an advantage
Experience
:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Solid understanding of child development and early years pedagogy
- Experience in creating engaging, child‑centred activities and lesson plans
Skills
:
- Passion for working with young children and creating a safe, nurturing learning environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm to support children’s development
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
- Provide a high standard of care and education to children aged 2-5 years
- Plan and deliver exciting, age‑appropriate lessons and activities that promote curiosity and creativity
- Assess and monitor children’s progress and development in a thoughtful, child‑centred way
- Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and staff, maintaining open communication
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through positive guidance and interactions
- Create a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment that promotes exploration and play
