Admissions Senior Registrar - ESIS Specialist

Dear Candidates,

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Admissions Senior Registrar to join our US Curriculum School located in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in ADEK regulations and the ESIS system, and capable of managing the full student admissions and registration cycle in a school environment.

• Manage the student admissions and registration process in compliance with ADEK regulations
• Maintain accurate student records in the ESIS system
• Coordinate with parents regarding admissions, documentation, and enrollment procedures
• Ensure all student documents and files meet ADEK requirements
• Prepare and update student data, reports, and enrollment statistics
• Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for student placement and scheduling
• Support re-enrollment and withdrawal processes
• Assist in organizing school orientation, open days, and admission events
• Maintain strict confidentiality of student information

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized university
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in school admissions/registrar role
• Strong experience with ADEK and ESIS systems
• Excellent IT and data management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced school environment
