This role involves designing training content, maintaining accurate training records, and ensuring compliance with GCAA and international regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a valid GCAA license or EASA Part 66, an engineering degree, and have a proven track record of at least 8 years in aviation maintenance and 5 years in training.

Strong mentoring skills are essential, along with experience in learning management systems.
