• MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated interest in Medical Education.
• Commitment to pursuing postgraduate training and academic career development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eligibility and willingness to pursue postgraduate training abroad (preferably in North America).
