Native English Instructors

Eton Institute is currently seeking highly proficient English language instructors for a long-term, face-to-face teaching project in Abu Dhabi. This role involves delivering high-quality English training to adult learners at a corporate client site.

• Duration: 6 months to 3 years
• Start Date: Ongoing (project currently running and expanding)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Timing: From 7:30 a.m. onwards (5–6 hours per day)
• Levels: Beginner to Advanced (CEFR-aligned)
• Mode: Face-to-face, on-site at client location
• Class Size: 5+ students per group

• Native-level English proficiency with clear, neutral, and internationally intelligible accent
• Currently based in Abu Dhabi, UAE or willing to commute/relocate
• Recognized teaching qualification (CELTA, TESOL, DELTA, PGCE, or equivalent)
• Proven experience teaching English up to advanced levels
• Strong adaptability across different learner levels (Beginner to Advanced)
• Available to start immediately and commit to a long-term project
• Willing to transfer sponsorship to Eton Institute
• Comfortable delivering on-site training during weekday daytime hours

• Experience teaching adult learners (corporate training experience is an advantage)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse learner groups
