Are you passionate about training and development? Do you have experience in the luxury industry? Luxury Jobs is currently seeking a Training Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

• Collaborate with clients to identify training needs and develop customized training programs
• Design and develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and activities
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
  
  Stay updated on industry trends and developments to ensure training programs are relevant and effective
• Manage training budget and resources
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their training needs are met
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to reinforce training concepts and skills
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with company goals and objectives
• Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in training and development, preferably in the luxury industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and training software
• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
• Ability to travel as needed
