• Conduct independent and collaborative research on human behavior, institutions, and policy design.
• Develop and apply experimental, empirical, and/or theoretical models in behavioral and institutional economics.
• Publish high-quality research in leading peer-reviewed social science or interdisciplinary journals.
• Collaborate closely with faculty members and research teams within the Center for Behavioral Institutional Design.
• Participate actively in seminars, workshops, conferences, and academic events hosted by the center.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary research initiatives and international scholarly collaborations.
• Support the academic mission of the center through knowledge sharing and research dissemination.

• PhD in Economics or a closely related field.
• Strong training in experimental, empirical, theoretical methods, or a combination of these approaches.
• Demonstrated research potential with the ability to publish in top-tier academic journals.
• High level of motivation, independence, and intellectual curiosity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within multidisciplinary research teams.
