Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to Key Stage 2 students.
* Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of achievement.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student development.
* Participate actively in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development programmes.
* Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of all students are prioritized in line with school policies.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Minimum of 3 years of proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 within a British curriculum setting.
* Excellent classroom management skills and a strong pedagogical understanding.
* Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and innovative teaching practices.
