• Teach Science at upper high school/secondary level, ensuring engaging lessons that inspire achievement.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of a dynamic and innovative Science department.
• Deliver high‑quality instruction aligned with IB philosophy and the Learner Profile values.
• Monitor student progress, assess performance, and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum design and promote best practices in teaching.
• Support extracurricular and enrichment activities that foster student curiosity and success.
• Engage in continuous professional development, including training with the International Baccalaureate Organisation (IBO).
• Uphold the school’s vision of nurturing student growth in a supportive and inclusive environment.

• Bachelor of Education in Science, or a degree in a science subject with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching secondary Science, ideally with IB or NCofE experience.
• Strong understanding of the IB DP framework and inquiry‑based teaching approaches is preferred.
• Proven track record of helping students achieve strong academic outcomes.
• Passion for teaching within a diverse and inclusive school community.
• Commitment to reflective practice, professional growth, and educational innovation.
• Available to join in August 2025.
