• Maintain strategic communication to engage and enroll NYUAD community members in adult education programs
• Present program information during shift changes, staff briefings, and community meetings
• Coordinate and develop culturally relevant educational and social programming
• Identify resources needed for effective program delivery, including instructors and event support
• Maintain an inventory of participants enrolled in OSR programming
• Track strategic planning metrics and program performance indicators
• Develop and implement annual community surveys and prepare reports for leadership
• Supervise student assistants and program instructors
• Support communication efforts across social media, website updates, and outreach materials
• Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and routine correspondence
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and logistical needs for OSR activities
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders including faculty, staff, and community partners
• Maintain organized records of program operations and recruitment activities

• Bachelor's degree in social research and public policy, psychology, literature, creative writing, or related fields
• Strong passion for social responsibility and adult learning
• Proven experience in adult education, community development, or related fields
• Strong oral and written English communication skills
• Ability to design and deliver educational programs for adult learners
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and cultural awareness
• Ability to manage diverse tasks and collaborate in a community-focused environment
• Higher degree holders with interest in academic support roles may also be considered
