• Teach Mathematics at upper high school/secondary level, fostering strong academic performance and critical thinking
• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with IB philosophy and inquiry-based learning approaches
• Use assessment data to track student progress and adapt teaching strategies for improved outcomes
• Provide personal support and guidance to students, creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum planning, teaching innovation, and student enrichment
• Participate in extracurricular and academic extension activities that promote student interest in mathematics
• Engage in continuous professional development, including IB training, to enhance teaching practice
• Uphold GEMS Education's values and commitment to high standards in teaching and learning

• Bachelor of Education in Mathematics, or bachelor's degree in Mathematics with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching secondary Mathematics, ideally in IB or NCofE curriculum schools
• Strong subject knowledge and ability to inspire students with a love for learning mathematics
• Understanding of IB DP framework and Approaches to Teaching is preferred
• Proven record of outstanding classroom teaching and student outcomes
• Passion for working in a non-selective, culturally diverse school community
• Available to join in August 2025
