• Teach graduate and executive-level courses in leadership, organizational behavior, and organization theory
• Deliver instruction across MBA, Executive MBA, and Executive Education programs
• Develop innovative curriculum and experiential learning initiatives
• Supervise applied projects and executive-level assignments
• Contribute to academic programming and program development at Stern at NYUAD
• Collaborate with faculty across NYU Stern and NYU Abu Dhabi

• PhD or relevant terminal degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Psychology, Economics, or related discipline
• Alternatively, extensive professional experience of 10 or more years in senior leadership or management roles
• Outstanding teaching record at a reputable business school or distinguished career as a senior business practitioner
• Strong classroom presence and curriculum development expertise
• Experience with executive education and experiential learning methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills
