Lead – Teaching Assistant

Coordinate and support the delivery of the English national curriculum, IGCSE, and IB Diploma Programme. Inspire staff and students of all ages and abilities, manage and develop classroom resources, maintain high expectations for achievement, and build positive relationships with parents to maximise student progress.

• Support teachers in planning, instruction, and assessment across the curriculum.
• Provide student support and pastoral care.
• Coordinate classroom resources and maintain organized learning environments.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents.
• Actively participate in extra‑curricular and school life activities.

• Strong experience as a Lead Teaching Assistant in the UK national curriculum.
• Experience in international education is an added advantage.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
