Job DescriptionAbu Dhabi University is seeking a dedicated and proactive Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our College of Business. This full‑time administrative role is crucial in providing both academic and administrative support to faculty members, particularly in managing large classes. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with learning activities, grading assignments and examinations, supporting classroom management, and handling course‑related administrative tasks to ensure the effective delivery and smooth operation of assigned courses.
Qualifications- Strong core competencies in technical knowledge and systems use, communication and collaboration, initiative and problem‑solving, and accountability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other educational tools.
- Excellent time management, team collaboration, and adaptability skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; preference for relevant experience in educational settings.
- Fluency in English mandatory; additional language skills are advantageous.
