We are seeking a committed and highly professional teacher to deliver high-quality education in line with curriculum standards and school expectations. The role involves planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that meet the diverse needs of all learners and promote academic achievement and personal development.
The teacher will be responsible for assessing, recording, and reporting on student progress, using data and feedback to inform teaching and support continuous improvement. A strong focus is placed on differentiating instruction to ensure all students are challenged, supported, and able to achieve their full potential.
The role requires the use of innovative teaching strategies, including ICT and modern educational tools, to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. The teacher will also be expected to promote positive behaviour, maintain effective classroom management, and create a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
In addition, the teacher will build strong professional relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring clear and regular communication regarding student progress and wellbeing. Participation in school events, extracurricular activities, and community engagement is also an important part of the role.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong subject knowledge, a commitment to professional growth, and the ability to contribute positively to curriculum development and whole-school improvement. They will uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and conduct in line with school policies and UAE cultural values.
