Position Overview

Aldar Education is seeking a Head of Education Charter Schools in the UAE to lead our network of managed schools and support the educational goals of the Abu Dhabi government.

• Lead the school's academic and operational activities, ensuring inclusive and innovative teaching practice.
• Inspire and develop staff, students, and the wider community.
• Exceed internal and external customer expectations while embracing the Aldar Education Core Values.
• Manage growth, maintain high standards, and execute local government compliance matters.
• Influence people, network culturally sensitive, and work effectively in a multicultural setting.

• Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent; PGCE; MA in Education an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years senior leadership experience as Principal or Head of School.
• Fluent English communication skills, written and oral.
• Attention to detail, diligent follow‑up, and timely execution.
• Skilled in multi‑tasking and handling pressure.
• Organizational ability, self and others.
• Strong supervisory and commercial acumen.
• Strong emotional intelligence and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work in a multicultural setting and network with cultural sensitivity.
