About the Role
Aldar Academies is seeking a Lead – School Improvement to support our growing family of managed schools in the UAE. The incumbent will continuously strive to exceed internal and external customer expectations while embracing the Aldar Education Core Values.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in education or a postgraduate qualification in teaching (e.g., PGCE) – essential
- MA in Education – an advantage but not required
- At least 2 years of senior leadership experience in a school setting, such as Vice Principal
- Deep understanding of school improvement processes and educational leadership
- Proven expertise in data analysis and evidence‑based school transformation
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and drive change
- Effective coaching, mentoring, and adult learning facilitation
- Knowledge of ADEK regulations and the UAE education context – preferred
- Capable of managing growth and instilling high standards
