General Coordinator – Careers and Technology Center – Abu Dhabi
Post: AUGUST 2026 – AED
28,000/month tax‑free salary (including housing allowance). Flights yearly, employee only. Utility allowance, International medical insurance, Medical insurance for spouse (2 dependent children).
Location:
Abu Dhabi mainland.
Team led: 3 Training Program Coordinators, 36 Instructors, 8 Admin staff.
- Lead TCC operations, training programs and staff development.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for vocational growth, student employability and outstanding curriculum integration with ENS academic programs.
- Oversee budget planning, resource allocation and infrastructure development.
- Drive accreditation compliance, quality assurance and readiness for inspection frameworks, ensuring delivery of an outstanding curriculum.
- Foster strong industry, government and university partnerships, including collaboration with local universities and businesses such as MBZUAI on innovative projects.
- Lead digital transformation and support integration of AI in vocational education.
- Promote and market TCC to wider communities, ensuring its reputation as a leading vocational training center.
- Enhance opportunities beyond the school day through workshops, events and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead and oversee implementation of the TCC Career Orientation Framework across all workshops, ensuring student progression from Grades 6–12 is coherently documented.
- Oversee quality and implementation of all project‑based learning activities, ensuring instructors follow approved Project Guidelines.
- Collaborate with the TCC Supervisor at the other campus to ensure consistency in curriculum implementation, project structure and QA processes.
- Minimum of a master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in a relevant vocational field.
- Educational Leadership qualification, ideally specializing in middle/senior leadership, business management, engineering or other disciplines recognized under NQC standards.
- Vocational Training Certification:
Must hold or be eligible for an NQC‑recognized Training and Assessment Qualification (e.g., Level5 Certificate in Leadership & Training, ATP‑approved credentials). - Trainer Registration:
Willingness to pursue NQC‑certified status under the ATP framework. - Preferred Industry
Certifications:
PMP, Digital Transformation, Education Leadership, TVET Certifications. - Language:
Fluent in business‑level English, with excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
