About YouYou will be an educator passionate about your profession with a positive mindset, strong communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You should have experience as a Deputy Lead TA in the UK national curriculum; experience of international education is an added advantage. You will be able to build strong working relationships, adapt quickly to a fast‑paced international environment, and contribute to the extra‑curricular aspects of school life.
Aboutthe Role
Our school follows the English national curriculum to IGCSE and the IB Diploma Programme post‑16. The successful candidate will be able to:
- Inspire staff and students of all ages and abilities through effective coordination and support.
- Manage classroom resources and maintain high achievement expectations for all students.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents to maximise student progress.
