Al Rabeeh Academy invites experienced EYFS Teachers to join from August 2026. The role involves delivering high‑quality early‑years education within a British curriculum framework, fostering a nurturing, inclusive environment that supports social, emotional, and academic development of learners.

• Deliver engaging, play‑based, child‑led learning experiences aligned with the EYFS framework and the Curiosity Approach.
• Create a nurturing, inspiring, purposeful environment encouraging exploration, independence, and love of learning.
• Use formative assessment strategies to observe, document, and track children’s developmental progress.
• Collaborate with the EYFS team on planning and continuous provision development to maintain a high‑quality learning environment.
• Support holistic well‑being of children and promote the school’s values, routines, and expectations.
• Build strong, positive relationships with parents through effective communication on children’s progress, achievements, and next steps.
• Participate actively in school events, professional development, and wider school initiatives.

• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Years Education or a relevant subject with PGCE / QTS (or equivalent).
• Experience teaching the English National Curriculum, preferably in an international setting.
• Strong classroom management skills and commitment to student well‑being.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
