Head Of Pre-Prep School

The Head of Pre-Prep is a member of the College Senior Leadership Team and reports directly to the Head Master. Responsible for Nursery to Year 2, the post holder will play a central role in shaping the educational experience of the College's youngest pupils and contributing to the strategic leadership and continued success of Brighton College Abu Dhabi.

The Head of Pre-Prep School will be responsible for the strategic leadership, management and development of the Pre-Prep School (Nursery to Year
2). Working closely with the Head Master and Senior Leadership Team, the post holder will ensure that Brighton College Abu Dhabi delivers an exceptional educational experience for its youngest pupils, characterised by outstanding teaching, excellent pastoral care and the highest standards of safeguarding.

The Head of Pre-Prep School will promote a culture of kindness, curiosity and confidence, ensuring that every child is known, valued and supported to flourish academically, socially and emotionally. The successful candidate will champion academic excellence alongside a strong service ethos, intercultural understanding and global citizenship, reflecting the values and traditions of Brighton College.
